Football ! Football Down the Ages.
The Chinese started playing football. The Roman's got wind of it. Their game had two lines drawn on the ground behind the teams. A ball was thrown and scoring occured when the ball went over the line. You could kick the ball, throw it, run with it or hold it. You could even push the other team over the line to score.
England 800 years ago.
Football was played between villages. There were up to 100 players. The goals were miles apart and there could be ponds or riveres in between. Exciting and rough I would think.
